Health: Health for mages should be between 19k to 21k
Mana: Mana should be around 16k to 18k
Hit Rating: 4% Hit Rating is to make sure none of your spells missing
Spell Power: anythings from 2k to 2.2k spell damage is wear you want to head
Spell Penetration: 130 spell pen is much needed for your pollys and forst bolts to not be
resisted.
Haste Rating: 6% to 8% haste rating is great for any pvp mage mainly frost
Crit Rating: Anything from 15% to 20% is fine here as most spells talents give increased crit
chance.
Resil Rating: 500 resilance is all
you need for a mage the rest should be dmg
Best Professions for This Class: Enchanting/Tailoring
Stat Importance order:Hit Rating, Haste Rating(Frost only), Spell Power, Spell Pen,
Health.

really used At the monment because frost and arcane are so much better though if used right be do the same damage.

Acane

Arcane is great in any burst team the massive crits that can be produced by your arcane barrage and arcane missiles allow you to drop targets in seconds but the same applies to you. Really with arcane it is a race to kill or be killed.
